Simplified arc construction

The construction of arcs is very general but for some practical cases too time consuming. I suggest a simplified arc construction where the center point is specified, then the start point of the arc is entered (any method), then a point on the radial line where the arc ends is entered. Gert.

Hi Gert,

I agree to your proposal of the arc construction method. Since "Vectorial" is a possible point construction method it would be easy to exactly construct the radius while entering the start point. Another advantage is that the construction process could be visualized by a rubber band -- quite analogous to the addpoly command.

Your proposal is on the list of things to be done!
