Description:
Moves the viewport of one or more windows horizontally and vertically. The
translation is defined relative to the viewport's width and height.
A window can be identified by a digitized point or by typing its
identifier. Since the identfiers are powers of two (e.g. 1, 2, 4, ...) a set
of windows can be defined by adding the identifiers (e.g. 1+2+4). The set
of all windows is described by the identifier -1.
