Description:
Selects Control points that are inside a rectangle given in window
coordinates. The rectangle is constructed by digitizing the endpoints of its
diagonal. Because control points have different semantics it is possible to
define filters:
- Only type Point is accepted
- Only type Vertex is accepted
- Only type Segment is accepted
- Any type is accepted
