Command AddTitleblock
Menu: Add > Title block
Description:
Adds a title block to the database. Optionally, the drawing outlines, the
paper border and the paper perforation can be indicated. The coordinates
of the title block are specified completely in paper units. While editing
the title block is rendered according to the actual drawing scale.
Data and meta data can be specified via a dialog box or via the Command Line
Menu.
The title block can be rotated to support printing in portrait and landscape
mode.
