Command: setLayer
Description:
Modifies the layer of selected components. The layer can be
selected from the command line menu or by picking an existing component.
As a prerequisite only already defined layers can be referred to.
Instead of defining individual layers via
AddLayer
it may be convenient to execute
AddDINLayers.
