Command: modAttByLayer
Description:
In CADEMIA a layer contains graphical attributes like color and line
pattern. It is, however, possible to change the attributes of individual
components without changing the layer. This command is useful if the
layer attributes shall be assigned to selected components.
As a prerequisite only already defined layers can be referred to.
Instead of defining individual layers via
AddLayer
it may be convenient to execute
AddDINLayers.
