Command: unselectPoints
Description:
Unselects control points that are inside a rectangle. The rectangle is
constructed by the endpoints of its diagonal. It is possible to filter
control points according to their semantics:
- Type Vertex is accepted/ not accepted
- Type Segment is accepted/ not accepted
- Type Point is accepted/ not accepted
