Command: selectByPick
Description:
Selects components that intersect a rectangle. The rectangle is constructed
by the endpoints of its diagonal.
As an option, a component filter can be defined. The filter must be
explicitly enabled. Currently, the filter can be configured to accept
visible and/ or invisible components.
In incremental mode the identified components will be added to the selection
set. In non-incremental mode the selection set will be cleared before adding
the identified components to the select set. When issuing the command by a
mouse gesture then the shift key must be pressed to obtain incremental mode.
