Command: addSymbol
Description:
Adds a symbol component.
A symbol component represents scale dependent objects like elevations.
The symbol component is scaled if the drawing scale changes. The user
interface to create a symbol is quite simple and not intended for the user.
In most cases symbols are created inside
macros.
