Command: addDimPar
Description:
Adds a single parallel dimensioning. The dimension
line goes through the point P. The difference to
dimensioning under an angle is that exactly
two points P1 and P2
must be dimensioned. Instead of requesting the angle of the dimension line
from the user it is calculated from the two dimensioned points so that the
dimension line is always parallel.
